Derrick Cooley leads federal human capital strategy as a senior federal employee, a role built on the same conviction he brings to every leadership conversation: character and competence aren't separate tracks. He's a veteran, an author, and CEO of Strive Bridge Collective LLC, based in DFW, Texas. His book, Leading Through Chaos, came out of leading real teams through real pressure, not theory. The Executive Mindset exists because he kept seeing the same gap everywhere he worked: plenty of leadership advice, almost none of it honest about faith, and plenty of faith content, almost none of it built for leadership.

Most leadership development picks a side. Skills without conviction, or conviction without a framework for Monday morning.
